His career also includes roles with Citibank and the Australian Consulate in Jeddah.
A seasoned Trade and Investment leader, Omar has built strong partnerships across government, family offices, venture capital firms, and major corporates. He has led high-impact UK trade delegations aligned with the UK’s High Value Opportunities programme and Saudi Vision 2030, and played a key role in supporting UK technology companies entering the Saudi market.
